Relative labeling of peripheral blood and granulocytes. Erythrocytes and cells by 51-chromium was determined platelets were relatively lighfly labeled. by means of a sucrose gradient density These differences in labeling are imseparation technic and confirmed by portant in evaluating data obtained when radioautography. Large lymphocytes and 51-chromium is utilized as a cell label monocytes were found to be more for the study of leukocyte kinetics. heavily labeled than small lymphocytes
